Aries is a feminine filly, light on her feet with airy gaits. ​​

Aries is the third daughter out of dam Easter Chocolate "Chanel" (HorseTelex Pedigree) who throws intelligent, brave, foals with smooth, rhythmic movement. Aries' half sister out of Chanel is a 3yr old who has competed successfully in hand both at Upperville (7th) and the Maryland Horse Trials Bred to Event Championships (3rd, by a point and a half).

Sire Amazing (Balou du Rouet x Voltaire) (HorseTelex Pedigree) is easy to work with, eager to please, and was a pleasure to ride. In addition, he is unique in that he has hack winning movement combined with spectacular jumping form and scope. These qualities were apparent in his Pre-Green debut at the Country Heir AA show in 2012. In his first time showing in the 3', Amazing was Reserve Champion out of 27 of the top Pre Green horses on the East Coast, and won a class with a fantastic score of 88 before retiring from injury. He is best known for passing along his easy temperament and for his friendly offspring that can be brought up by amateurs. 

Aries is handled and cuddled daily as our only foal this year. She has learned early training in haltering, leading, pickup up feet, and grooming (even fly spray) with calm curiosity. So far we see all of her dam's graceful style combined with her sire's brave, easygoing demeanor. We can' t wait to see how this one grows up and performs at her inspection in the fall.
